What time should I arrive?

Arrival time is 4:30pm!

Ceremony starts at 5pm (we shouldn’t even be telling you this), so we’d love for you to try your absolute darnedest to get there early!

Because of the way the ceremony space is laid out, guests will walk in from the same direction as the wedding party. So if you arrive after the ceremony has begun, we won’t be able to sneak you to your seat.

What is the dress code?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

We are planning on having our ceremony outside followed by cocktail hour in the outdoor courtyard, weather permitting of course. If it’s a rainy day, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held indoors. The reception will be indoors in the reception hall.

What will the weather be like?

What a funny question to ask someone who has no control over it! However, we can at least provide you with what we would expect the weather to be like. :)

According to WeatherSpark.com, “On December 12, the temperature in Little Elm, TX around 5PM typically ranges from 47°F to 58°F and is rarely below 34°F or above 70°F.”

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve compiled our guest list pretty meticulously, so odds are this question doesn’t apply to you.

But if you’re not sure if you’re allowed a guest, fill out the RSVP form and it will have a place for you to add the amount of guests that you’ve been given.

Are children allowed?

As respectfully as possible, we ask that this be an adults only event. ):

We want all of our guests to be able to have a relaxing and fun-filled night, parents included!

How’s the parking situation?

The venue has a big parking lot with plenty of space, and the walk from the parking lot to the doors is a short one so you don’t have to worry about a long, tiring, and cold walk.

If I’d like to bring a gift with me, will there be a place for it?

Yes indeed! We’ll have a table in the front foyer by the doors where you can leave any gifts or cards.

When are we eating?

There will be hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour starting at 5:30pm, so you won’t have to wait too long if you come hungry! The dinner buffet will begin around 6:30pm.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please include them in your RSVP form! Our caterer has promised to be very accomodating so we’re confident there will still be plenty for you to eat.

What if I need to change my RSVP?

You will always be able to go back to the RSVP page and modify your responses by simply searching for your invitation again.
